When we have a consultation I will go through all your recent and present health concerns and identify what foods or lack of foods are the cause of your symptoms. With this information I will then seek to identify what nutrient deficiencies you may have, and try to correct lifestyle and other factors that may be contributing to your ill-health. If necessary I may also advise certain laboratory tests.

Healing with fresh unprocessed foods are the main forms of dietary treatment recommended. Sometimes supplementation and other remedies are also required to counteract biochemical imbalances, and raise vitality to a level where self-healing can take place. Once this is achieved it can be maintained by the diet.
